An International Wine Dinner at Wild Canary
Join us for an evening celebrating the beauty and diversity of international wines — from Australia, France and Italy — thoughtfully paired with a five-course menu by Head Chef Sam Axton.
We’re delighted to welcome back Jean-Jacques “JJ” Peyre, founder of Paradox Wines, who will guide you through the tasting journey with his trademark passion and expertise.
What to Expect
Enjoy a curated journey through classic wine styles, featuring French Champagne, Riesling from Eden Valley, Chardonnay from the Adelaide Hills, Barolo from Italy, and Shiraz from the Barossa Valley. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a five-course menu crafted to showcase its character and regional charm.
About the Host
JJ (Jean-Jacques) is a passionate wine educator and one of Australia’s most knowledgeable and respected wine authorities. His extensive wine industry knowledge and experience complements his lifelong passion for wine. His career, spanning 30 years in the hospitality and wine industry, have led to his level of expertise, reputation and joie de vivre today. JJ’s core, extensive knowledge lies within the ‘on and off-premise’ trade and corporate management.
