Wild Canary Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Validity
Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the gift card.

Redemption
Redeemable at Wild Canary Botanical Bistro, 2371 Moggill Road, Brookfield QLD.
May be used for dining, retail, or event purchases (unless otherwise noted).
Must be presented at the time of payment (printed or digital copy accepted).
Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.

Balance & Partial Use
If the purchase total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use until the original expiry date.
Purchases exceeding the gift card value must be supplemented with another accepted payment method.

Lost or Stolen Gift cards
Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Bookings & Events
Advance bookings are recommended, particularly for weekends and special events.
Gift Cards cannot be used after the expiry date or as deposits for future events.

General
Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Wild Canary reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
